Worst, absolute worst experience I have ever had. Mean, rough, harsh, did not explain what the problem was just repeated "gum problem", would not explain any further or help me understand what I needed to do to fix it or why it happened. Did not listen when I asked questions or when I tried to explain my history. Used an instrument to repeatedly bang on my teeth (does this hurt?) and after I said it hurt, kept doing it for several minutes. TV blaring in other room.
