This dentist quit the Michigan Dental Association in order to avoid a MDA Peer Review due to patient complaints. He owes one patient over $38,000. Contact the MDA to verify- this is public record. He quit the MDA on January 11, 2011 several weeks before the peer review hearing. An Administrative Complaint has been filed against Boekeloo's dental license by the attorney General of the state of Michigan Ms. Heidi Mahaney. Case number 119708.....which is also a public record. Avoid dealing with this dentist. Beware of Boekeloo!
