I am one of those people that requires a specialist. Over the years, less than honorable dentists have tried to perform root canals on me with disastrous results. Dr. Johnson removed a broken file that had been left in one tooth 25 years ago and completed the incomplete root canal, even though it had been cemented and crowned all those years. I don't have a lot of money, but after 3 root canals with one more to go, I would rather see Dr. Johnson and pay extra, knowing I'm getting the best care I can hope for. He is meticulous and has taken more than one x-ray during the procedure to ensure the work is done correctly. I like gas, I get gas. The less aware I am of the procedure, the better off we all are. :) They keep you warm and comfortable and are exceedingly professional. I highly recommend Dr. Johnson and his team.
