First of all, I had an emergency situation and Dr.Etemad squeezed me into his schedule to assess the tooth. He recommended root canal the following day. I am from out of state and was in Seattle having tests at Virginia Mason - those were a priority so Dr. Etemad and his fabulous staff (Kristina) worked around my other medical appts. They kept in touch via cell, were concerned and caring about my other health results, and dealt with my intense anxiety over upcoming root canal in the most compassionate, reassuring way. From the minute I entered the office for the procedure I felt cared for. The dr. took time to answer all my questions and listen to all my worries about the procedure.
His work was effiicient and the atmosphere while I was in the chair was relaxed, causal and even fun. . The techs, Kristina and Elaine were wonderful women with whom I connected immediately and all the rest of the staff were professional and friendly. I would recommend Dr. Etemad and this clinic to everyone in the area considering root canal or extraction. I mean, how many dentists give you a hug and order you a coffee when you're finished.? I felt like I immediately became part of a wonderful family.
