Little time spent with patients - more time spend in hall, socializing. Didn't genuinely 'listen' or hear patient concerns, particularly where fillling material involved. Put down concerns. over amulgum/mercury. Didn't believe pain after filling done - which his staff had rescheduled for months. Staff wanted to charge me over $100.00 to check tooth he'd filled that was causing the pain. Office practices not acceptable. Office staff not truthful. I showed up for one appointment they'd cancelled so Dr. could extend Tahoe vacation. They'd never telephoned me. Same staff kept calling to reschedule my appointments so they could put others in ahead of me, although I was in pain. (I don't have insurance). Office staff repeatedly said they'd called me when they hadn't. (I'd know, I have caller ID and caller information shows on screen.) Was 10 minutes late one time, they cancelled my appointment and the time I left the office, after discussions and appointment rescheduling, was noted in my record as arrival time. When I brought those concerns to his attention, he urged me to find another dentist. Seems to be much more emphasis on status and money than genuine patient concern. He is personable, but in too much of a rush.
