About 1/3 higher than our family dentist. Was told by ins. That he was in network, but he was not,after months of pain from traumitized nerve, had to take granddaughter to family dentist who extracted the filling and put in medicated one, but it was too late to save the tooth. It had to be pulled, her very furst extraction.
