Very convenient office location and state-of-the-art equipment. Actual dental services were superb. Dentist himself is fine. But upon moving out of state, attempting to obtain my records was a nightmare. Office REFUSES to surrender records and is exceptionally rude. Claims that it is their "policy" to withhold records. What? Office staff also apparently needs a lesson in filing insurance correctly. Never have my husband and I encountered so much HASSLE going to a dentist twice a year.
