I met Dr. Gerner while I was a student in college and needed "dental school prices". As God would have it, I met Dr. Jim at Creighton during that time. Having a bad dentist as a kid in a small town, I was extremely petrified of dentists. Now, I'd rather go see Dr. Jim than a new hairdresser! He has taken care of my mouth all these years! I have had multiple fillings and crowns. He fit me with a mouth appliance that I wear at night to prevent my teeth from cracking. His easy-going spirit yet extreme confidence in doing the right thing has been a huge plus in me staying with him all these years (through many office moves). His "new" office is very friendly. Having no dental insurance, he has been willing to work on a payment plan. I have always enjoyed his office staff.
About Hygienist: I've also gone through several hygienists. . . .because they moved out of town, or some other reason. Dr. Jim is very careful in hiring the best in this field.
