Be careful. Google this oral surgeon’s name in Business Better Bureau and Union Leader before stepping into this clinic.
I had a very sad experience with this clinic on August 07, 2018. My son was scheduled for a procedure and they got my insurance information a week prior to the procedure and told me it was just a $40 copay. I called them around three times prior the procedure and they reiterated the instructions and my copay of $40. Right after the procedure they told me they are out of network and I have to foot the bill of $3000+. Really?
The bill just arrived and now they are charging $4,000+
Just a head’s up to other patients.
About Front Desk: Billing did not do their job with the insurances. Unreliable. Be careful.
