Dr. Eric Weiss is a caring and true professional, using the latest techniques and technology, and employing a staff that excels in every facet of his practice.
Dr. Weiss is an excellent communicator, explaining each step of the implant procedures to his patients, and answering every question in a knowledgeable and straightforward way.
He also carefully reviews all of the post-procedure care instructions to be sure the patient can well-manage their at-home care. This includes providing all of the specific information needed by patients to perform self-help, while always being no more than a phone call away in case of need. This gives each patient the comfort of feeling prepared, and being confident to handle their post-op needs at home.
Dr. Weiss routinely makes phone calls to the home of each patient the day after a procedure is done, to make sure that all is well, and to see that the patient is comfortable and is experiencing no unexpected problems.
His chair-side manners are warm, friendly, informative, respectful, confident and professional. Even so, he has a good sense of humor, which helps his patients relax and feel confident.
