Services with Dr. Keanna were fine and he is a nice guy however his support staff is about as worthless as possible. My first bills are usually calls from collection agencies. Keep in mind I never received any previous bills and they never bothered to file with my insurance. The last time this happened I received a call as an appointment reminder. I was told that I would need to pay my balanace due before services can be performed. I mentioned that I had not received a single bill form them and I had not been in in 6 months. The response was "Oh, ok" and then she hung up. Not explanation of the amount due, no invoice in the mail....nothing. I called and left 3 messages to speak with the DR about this with no return calls. On my fourth call I explained politely that I haven't received any calls back. I was told that I probably wouldn't. I mentioned that I was going to find a new dentist....the receptionist immediately hung up on me. THis is customer service? Really? I'm not saying that he is a bad dentist, I'm saying that his support staff is a liability to his business and your credit. Very unprofessional.
About Hygienist: The hygienst does a great job if the DR is in the office but takes obvious shortcuts if he is not.
