I've had multiple fillings and cleanings but most recently another root canal. When I had my first root canal done, it was done by a specialist and only required 2 visits. My second and current one is not done yet, and I will be on my 5th visit. 5 VISITS! NOT ACCEPTABLE!! A specialist came in for the actual procedure but the other 4 visits were done by Dr. Wu. Each and every time, he did not explain anything to me, neither did his assistants.
He doesn't care about his patients and only cares about money. I would not recommend him at all, as the anxiety and stress you will have is not worth it. After each visit, I am in pain...which is strange cause in the beginning of each visit he always ask "pain? pain?"
This kind of practice should not be acceptable and I strongly suggest new patients look elsewhere.
