I would not recommend this dentist for my dog much less another human. While his ego is very strong, his professional skills are severely lacking. This staff is indeed very friendly, but not very educated in processing insurance claims. This office is more concerned with bilking you and your insurance out of as much money as they can get, than treating you dental issues properly. I would suggest you move on to ANYONE else!
