I came to this dental office when I moved to Portland, and my experience here has been overwhelmingly negative. I have never had tooth pain after a regular cleaning, and after my first cleaning appointment at this office my mouth ached terribly for a few days because the hygienist was so rough on my teeth. After about a week of tooth pain, I realized that she had chipped one of my molars. I have now had that tooth fixed twice by this dentist, and each time my concerns were not validated and I was assured that it was "no big deal". I have never had problems with that tooth before, and since the dental hygienist chipped it it has hurt constantly.
Needless to say, I will be going back to my old dentist office to have my tooth fixed and I will not be returning to this office again.
