I went in for a general checkup, and he said my wisdom teeth procedure would cost thousands of dollars. My hometown dentist did simple extractions for my wisdom teeth, and I didn't pay more than $200. He kept trying to tell me all these things I needed to do for my teeth -- get a new cap, get invisaline, etc. -- all things my hometown dentist said I DIDN'T need. I don't like dentists pushing extraneous things on me.
