About Hygienist: The only person in the office I found to be very nice and caring was Dr Valen's dental assistant. There were many other issues I had with the office, but I listed the main ones. I'm just very bothered by the fact that he allowed me to go on weeks without any protection to my tooth that was waiting to receive a crown. When I addressed him later about that because my gums had grown over the margins and he had to keep making adjustments he gave me a lot of attitude and blamed it on me not being able to come into the office within 15 minutes from phone call. I immediately called the dentist on friday night when my temporary dental crown had broken and left a message. They were opened the next day and then on monday. I never received a call back from them so I called them again. I would not recommend this place at all. The creepy part about it is when you are in the patient chair people from their 2nd waiting room can see right up and know what they are doing to you, so again no privacy
