in short, the office staff are unprofessional and incompetent. the insurance person charged me everyone in my family before the work was completed and didn't even know what my insurance would pay. the dentist is neurotic. he asked me if my kid had asberger's syndrome because he was nervous in the chair. the hygenist with the dark hair is very loud when she speaks to you and not good with children at all. she had my son scared to death and asked me if he had problems because he was nervous, but it was in front of him! I have been to numerous dentists since childhood and they are the worst. I would grade them as a C-. Also, they never responded when i requested my records to be sent and when i called they said: "we don't do that." really? this place is a joke
