I was very disappointed in the front office staff as they gave poor advisement on what my insurance would cover. I was assured that my insurance would cover most, if not all, costs on multiple occasions. However, when the bill came a few weeks later, I owed the office nearly $400. I am very unhappy with this outcome and found out that this has happened to other people too! I do not recommend this practice to anyone!
