Dr. Powlan has been supportive, professional, relatively pain-free (all things considered :-), with an excellent knowledgable friendly staff. I have generally not been relaxed in doctors and dental offices and the staff as well as the doctor have made any and all dental work comfortable for me, refering me to fine specialists when needed. She has been my dentist since i moved here eight years ago and i would not consider changing, I am very happy with the service I receive.
