I really waited to write this review because I do not like writing bad reviews, however this is why:
I went to get my crowns, not only was the crown experience itself awful (lots of pain, had to go back multiple times to correct the bite), but I thought Dr. Herren was unattentive throughout the procedure. He would watch the TV, then go back to doing the work. When I would tell him that my bite felt off, he would respond with things like, "are you the dentist or am I?" and tell me that it was normal. When I went back 2 weeks later because the pain was so bad I couldn't sleep, he tells me then that it was because the bite was off.
The receptionist/billing person does not look up your coverage beforehand like she says she will. Every visit I've had to wait 30-60 minutes before seeing the doctor. They don't notify you when insurance has paid them and you need to be reimbursed. They don't call you back like they say they will and you have to call them back even after have left voicemails.
The equipment is outdated.
Plus - convenient location. However, all the time spent waiting negates the location.
