About Front Desk: We stoped going to Dr. Steglich because of the front desk lady - Elaine. We had gone to this office for more than 5 years. This year she started to act very unprofessional and rude. My husband lost his job for two months and our appointments were coming up. I told Elaine we won't be going to our appointments because my husband had lost his job. She was rude and short on the phone with me. Then kept calling us multiple times, leaving voice mails, sending messages to our phones. We did not respond because honestly we did not want to go back. So she sends us a bill charging for an appointment we have not attended even though I clearly told her we won't be going to our appointment because of job loss. It was just poor customer service. We absolutely loved the office and staff except Mrs. Elaine, she made our visits uncomfortable.
