I was impressed with my initial appointment. My first cleaning appointment was excellent by the technician but Dr. Hohenstein did not check on the work performed and I did get the impression that he ignored me due to the fact that I had to cancel one appt. and missed another due to work issues. Then I received a letter in the mail telling me that his office no longer wanted to have me as a patient due to missing the one appt. A few months later they sent me another appt reminder in the mail and I called to confirm and the receptionist again said that I was not welcome at their office and the mailing was a mistake. When I received a notice for my sons appt. I called them back to confirm the fact that I was not welcome and the receptionist said she did not realize this was going on and that my son was still welcome. I explained that we will no longer use his office and not recommend him to anyone.
