I went to this dentist based on the two previous reviews. I was unimpressed by the fact that his staff did not introduce themselves; I had to ask both the hygenist and the assistant their names. After my initial visit, I needed to have a crown replaced and I returned. After this work, the tooth "went bad" and subsequently needed root canal work (done by an endodontist). My disatisfaction with this dentist's office was that no one called me during the week I was in pain and trying to decide if I needed to consult an endodontist. I call this dentist's office several times to talk about my situation. I was essentially left on my own to solve my problem. After spending nearly $900 for the crown work, I expected more support during a time of discomfort and more active help in seeking an endodontist who could be more available than those names offered. I did not return to this dentist and would not recommend the office.
