I went toDr Bowman once when I had a toothache. He didn't find anything wrong with the tooth I had a problem with (it was cracked and needed a crown) but he wanted to crown a different tooth that 2 other dentists have seen since and have not found a problem with. He replaced 1 filling in my mouth very painfully ( he proceeded to drill even though he knew it hurt). Now, 3 1/2 years later, I have to get that same filling replaced. It was absolutely the worst dental experience I have ever had, and I have been in a dental chair many times for many hours.
