We lost all confidence in Jon Lloyd's work when he pulled several teeth after failed attempts to fix. Then charged full price and held to the cost admitting he knew he'd lost us as customers (a family of 7!). That's a lot of business he lost for many years to come!
I sure hope he is a better dentist now!
