Dr. Chung and his staff was great which is why I was a patient for the past 9 years. All until today. I have a filling that was installed 14 months ago and felt wrong from the beginning. well the filling broke loose last week and the best the admin could tell me was that the filling was installed over a year ago so it's now in area of responsibility to eat the cost for another filling. So fillings only last a year now? I am unable to speak directly to the person who handles billing and was told that I should (doubt it) that I would receive a call within 3 hrs? Uhm. My mouth feels like crap. If you can't provide better customer service then I'll take my services elsewhere. Thanks as I now have to re-pay for a filling that defective and installed where it tongue would get cut anytime my tongue would grace the filling on the bottom far side of the back of my mouth. Thanks so much (sarcasm).
