Dr Conn is a fantastic dentist. Unfortunately he sold the practice to Warwick Dental and he no longer sees patients. The dentists who replaced him will find every reason to add more fillings every time you come. They are rude (one would not speak to me, only to the hygienist and never explained anything, the other actually yelled at me as if I was hard of hearing when I questioned the 7 unnecessary fillings she wanted me to get). I paid for teeth whitening and they gave me someone else's molds, then they lost mine a second time, and finally got it right when Dr Conn's assistant took over.
We have been so disappointed because we do not want to change dentists. But after me, my husband and my 20 year old son had similar experiences, we will not return there. One or two mistakes or an occasional bad day for a dentist I can understand, but repeated rude service and canceled appointments (canceled by the office, not me) can not tolerate.
