Every effort made to accommodate the patient and to create a relaxing experience. Never (in 4 years and counting) have I had to wait in the lobby more than 5 minutes for my appointment to begin. Never have I had a procedure that has caused or left pain and discomfort.
Doctor's focus is on the patient having the perfect smile. He makes recommendations on improvement but does not do a "hard sell" on any particular service.
The best doctor personality and technique-wise, the best office staff service and cleaning-wise.
