I am thee example of a Dentists' worst nigtmare! I came to Dr Muss w/multiple issues - many things that had been neglected by myself - OUT OF Sheer terror - I mean I would get cold-sweats just walking BY a dental office!! I had many bad experiences as a young child - and my fear was real and palpable.
Some angel freind shared his name w/me...and I built my courage to give Dr Muss one try...if I felt panicked...I knew I would never go back.
But to my great relief I was put as ease almost immediately - the staff, the overall serene atmosphere - and the outstanding professionalism - kept me there & even coming back for more work!!
I just wanted to take the time to say how very much your service and dedication to "patient care/comfort" helped me to overcome my phobia - and be able to come back for the work I needed. Each staff member took great concern w/me and my comfort level, and Dr Muss was so excellent at setting me at ease...even singing (I love music)...and constantly checking with me..."are you alright?", "almost done", "might hurt a little then we'll be done"...etc I truely wish I had known Dr Muss 25 yrs ago...but am thankful God lead me to him in time!
