Dr. Hagel was very understanding and helpful in dealing with my phobias. When I first started going to him, I couldn't even get into the chair without shaking like a leaf. Now I can handle just about anything. His staff is excellent. They explain everythng thoroughly, the insurance billing, the procedures, aftercare (if any), everthing. They are cheerful and always make me feel welcome. I would recommend Dr. Hagel to everyone, especially if they have had bad experiences in the past.
