While Dr. McNeil-O'Conner may be a fine Cosmetic Dentistry specialist, this is a problem when you are looking for general family dentistry. At every visit, I was presured with recommendations for unnecessary treatments - teeth whitening, braces, crowns, etc... All I want is quality dental care that ensures my teeth and gums are healthy...
The office is spa like, complete with trickling water feature, staffed by only above average looking women hygenists, and Dr. McNeil not so bad looking herself, not to mention her sweet accent.... Add the focus on cosmetic dentistry... it all seemed like Dr. McNeil was doing quite well in her practice... at her patient's insurance company expense. It didn't fit well with me, so I moved on.
