I chose this Dr. McNeill-O'Connor's office because they advertised that they had a digital x-ray machine and I am very concerned about reducing x-ray exposure. BUT I learned from the staff AFTER I had x-rays taken that the machine used on me was an older technology non-digital model, NOT the digital machine that was advertised to me because it was broken. The staff member revealed that the digital machine was out of service frequently and they routinely substituted the old machine without informing patients.
I was extremely disappointed and never returned to this dentist because of a lack of trust after the experience. I was needlessly exposed to a higher radiation dosage for the dental office's convenience and profit.
