Dr. Chapman is a great dentist. She replaced all of my amalgam filling with ceramic and did a great job. However, her front office staff is sub-standard. I experienced upselling, an arrogant attitude, and an annoying "pay before you leave" policy. I recently changed insurance carriers which baffled the receptionist so I was basically turned away. Customer service does not exist here.
