The office is well run - I have never had to wait for an appointment time, and they give you a reminder call. That said, the office sometimes feels impersonal - I have been there 5 or 6 times, and have never had the same hygienist. The equipment used is good, and has been getting better - the most recent addition was a digital x-ray machine - gone are the days of biting down on those hard cardboard inserts!
While my experiences here have been generally positive, I feel I must report that Dr. Seymour's license has been revoked (http://access.wa.gov/news/2006/Nov/n2006102_9778.aspx).
