Never friendly in the BEST of times, the front office leaves a great deal to be desired! The blonde mgr overrides dentist orders, one reason treatment takes longer than it should.
I paid all of my bills in a timely manner, and was not a "problem patient"
I didn't know my last visit would BE my LAST visit..ever!
Dentist was gruff, staff vanished rather than make another appt. leaving me in worse shape than when I first went in,
with no options I can see other than dentures now.
Also, they take dental anxiety personally & don't understand it.
On the positive side, Dr. S. can pull teeth (several at a time) and you won't even know it's happened. Completely pain free.
Just make sure he puts something BACK there before they shove you out of the door for good!
He is also very precise and does excellent restorations to cracked or broken teeth, though it can take many visits.
Prob. due to "chair to chair syndrome" rather than just dealing with one patient at a time.
If your teeth are generally good, and you have a :thick skin", Dr. S. is a good general dent if a more than a little condescending and run by the front office.
About Hygienist: She was the best I'd ever experienced..bar none!
Painless, unafraid to use nitrous. Kind and thorough!
