My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed here. The fornt office lady needs to retire(grumpy, grumpy). When the day arrived my daughter went back, I was told it would take about 2 hours. As I waited in the freezing cold waiting room, nothing was said to me. Two separate times patients came in. They came out to get them and not once said a word or made eye contact to me(the worried mom). After 2 hours of freezing I chose to go outside in the sun to warm up. The next thing I see the assistant walking my groggy daughter out the door. I asked why the dentist did not talk to me about the exam and she told me that he never talks to the parents after this procedure. What a joke. I expressed my dislike of this practice to his assistant. All my other kids oral surgeons called me to talk to me about how things went and showed me the teeth they pulled.
After things got worse, her pain was horrible and not only that my daughter started getting very bad bloody noses(which she has never had a bloody nose at all). The assistant called to check up on her and again I expressed my dislike about their practice. Why didn't the dentist himself call? She put a call into him and he ended up calling me back the next day. A little to late for my liking.
About Front Desk: Not nice at all. I believe they hate their job.
