A botched procedure resulted in a massive infection. She kept telling me there was nothing wrong and I needed to see an ENT for my "chronic sinus issues". The ENT sent me for a CAT scan that showed a HUGE OAF. He told me I needed to see the oral surgeon again. Needless to say, I found another oral surgeon. When I requested my records, she refused to give me any relating to the actual procedure. I only got notes from the follow up visits.
