Implant went fine. At 6 mo. followup where the gum has to be slit and a peg inserted, he couldn't be bothered to "waste time" doing what I think are standard anesthetic proceedures. I've had lots of work done on my front teeth (four caps); NEVER had a dentist just jam needles in without topical anesthetic and without staging the shots. Every previous dentist used topical anesthetic, waited a minute to let it work, then injected small amounts in three or four places, waited 5-10 minutes for preliminary numbing to reduce the pain, then completed the novacain shots. They're still painful, but Radakovich's method - just jam them in with brute force and absolutely no concern for the patient's pain - was agonizing. I'm highly pain-tolerant (once walked around with a broken elbow for two weeks) but literally screamed when he did this. It was absolutely brutal. I told him exactly what I've said above; he seemed almost amused. I'd never recommend him.
