I went to him on an extremely high recommendation from my father. Though not cheap, so far I have no complaints about the quality of his work. What I do not like is his tendency to just walk off without telling you he's done or if he's coming back. I like to talk to my dentist so I prefer his partner, Dr. Chan. That said, he will answer questions, you just have to be quick & ask before he gets up & leaves ! Customer service is great. The office is small but clean & nice. Very kid friendly!

About Hygienist: I don't remember her name. I believe she's been a hygienist for 6 1/2 years. She graduated from Chabot College in Hayward, currently 1 of the top 5 schools in the nation! She was an older caucasion woman with an accent. Maybe she was russian. I only had 1 cleaning, but she was friendly & seemed thorough. Her work area was clean & my cleaning started & finished on time.
