Just to let you know, this wonderful oral surgeon passed away in April of 2007. He extracted a tooth for me last year and was so artful I didn't know the tooth was out. It had split through the root while chewing and came out in 2 pieces. The extraction could have gone very badly given the tooth was broken, but did not because of the doctor's skill and vast experience. It was worth the approximate $100 out of pocket.
