I went to this Dr yesterday to have my tooth extracted. He gave me shots of novacaine and laughing gas. The extraction was fine but when it came time to drill he was hitting my nerve, which I could feel!! It about sent me through the roof. I grabbed his arm to tell him to stop. His nurse yelled at me and then they had a guy come in and I held his hands while the good Dr continued to drill RIGHT BACK INTO the nerve!! I screamed. I asked they get my husband into the room. When he came in the Dr was yelling at him telling him I need to be put to sleep if I'm going to have any procedures done. I'm not a dentist but how about more novacaine???? They put me to sleep (real comforting being knocked out in the prescence of the evil dentist who is mad at you). I'm home today and all should be fine. I am so sorry that I had this experience. I was already frightened of the dentist and this will only serve to exacerbate that fear. This guy needs to read a book on bedside manner and compassion. He has NO SKILL in these areas. I have never in my life been yelled at by any Dr or Dentist. I am the customer, right??? Go somewhere else if you can.
