I am a dental hygienist and my younger brother had his wisdom teeth removed here. His appt. was planned for Oct. but was not done until Dec. because the front office did not send an insurance preauthorization until 1 month after they'd been asked to. My impression of the Dr. was that she was rude and unprofessional. She didn't even ask me to visit with my brother after the procedure was over (my parents were out getting coffee at this time); she just came out to the waiting room and asked where his parents were, and then sternly asked me to call them. By the time my parents returned, no one in the front office acknowledged them or told them where their son was. Finally we wandered in and found him in a room, sitting alone in a wheelchair and sobbing. My brother had been under IV sedation and was still medicated at this time. The Dr. came in, glanced at him and stated that he was crying, then called him a "wimp." Third, it was utterly disgusting and unsanitary to be handed his extracted teeth in a folded paper Dixie cup placed in the same bag as a can of juice and gauze. The teeth reeked and stunk up everything in the bag. Ultimately, I would definitely not recommended this place to any of my friends or relatives.
