I actually have a 2 part review. For my daughter, who had braces first, it all went well for the most part. Only a few insurance issues. But, something puzzling-they took the normal camera "before" pictures of her (teeth, smile & face) at their office, but, then sent us to a place that doesn't accept insurance, for the "after" pics. For my son--problem after problem. At each visit, they never bothered to wind the end of the wires (top/bottom) around the last bracket, so even before leaving the office, the wire would pop out, and we'd go back in, just to repeat it over and over. They would claim to have done it, but, when it popped out and we looked at--still IN the office--it was not bent. We discontinued care (for my son) at that office.
Also, for my daughter's TMJ, they made us an appoitment with the associate dentist, and he referred us out to someone who DOESN'T EVEN TREAT TMJ--only to receive a call that Dr. Moussa himself treats TMJ and doesn't know why we were referred out by his associate. Even so, it turned out that he prescribed ( a device, motrin & not wearing her retainers) was not the correct treatment--and we ended up having to go to USC Dental / TMJ Clinic. We will not voluntarily go back to this office/dentist.
