Dr. Carrington did the braces for my son, who had a pretty severe cross bite that required several phases of work, starting at age 8. Dr. Carrington and his staff were professional, accommodating, and did a wonderful job. Top notch care...always! Happy to report that my son is now 21 and still has a perfect smile, thanks to Dr. Carrington. I'm no longer living in the area, but would be happy to make the drive if anyone in my family required orthodontic care.

Our son had a great experience. As the child of a Dentist, I feel I have a good understanding of dental offices, Dr. Carrington's is everything that you would expect. I can't oversell his practice, we are very pleased

I am a professional woman. And have been receiving treatment for my child there. When questioning the Dr about the treatment plan I found him to be quite kurt and annoyed.
After explaining what I observed to him. He seemed to be offended. His attitude about what I had felt and observed was if I were lying. And frankly almost suggested that.
I have also been told that when I have not been with my child on appointments that the staff have treated them coldly. I am almost positive that since we are finish with financial responsibility that they feel they are finished with the job. Of course this is only speculation.
And last but not least he was recommended by my dentist. As a profesional I would reccomend to the Dr . When talking to A client you might want to keep your personal attitude about what and how you feel about them professional at all times. And always use tact.

Our daughter has had a great experience with Dr. Carrington. He is professional and kind and is staff is always friendly and effiient.

I have invisalign and they are working great. I am now on my 10th tray and my office visits take less than 10 minutes from the time I enter the office. I really like that he sees me on time although I do not usually see him unless I have an issue with something or he wants to take a closer look he is always around and available if I did need something.
I really like that he is open at 7AM that way I can run in before going to work.

Dr. Carrington's office is well organized, his staff attentive and professional, and the doctor is very knowledgeable. We have never experienced a wait time in his office as we are quickly whisked in upon arrival. My son's teeth were in need of lots of work and I have been amazed at how quickly and efficiently Dr. Carrington has turned his situation around. I am very pleased with the service we've received. The cost is extremely reasonable and I would recommend Dr. Carrington to anyone. This site will not allow me to rate Dr. Carrington's office as perfect? Please note I consider him a 4 in all categories!

Wasn't happy as it took way too many appointments to get work done, and work didn't last well.

Dr. Carrington has such a large staff that I usually don't have to wait long to get treated. The staff is very organized, and the doctor seems to know exactly what he's doing. What I like most is his demeanor. He's so relaxed & good humored, that going to the office doesn't seem like such a chore.
The only complaint I have is that they don't do reminder calls for appointments, but it's not really a complaint because I schedule my reminders via Outlook. It may be an issue for some people though.
