Dr. Penner is awesome. He participates in communities to help under priviliged children who need braces. I was one of those parents who's child was chosen to recieve free services. Dr Penner has been so curtious and his staff helpful to my needs. I have chosen Dr. Penner to see my daughter through her braces which I pay for. It was my son who recieved free braces. I pay 140 a month for my daughers braces. The rates are reasonable and we look forward to seeing the staff monthly. I would and have recommended Dr. Penner for he is a honest and caring person which shows through his business.

My daughter who has an extremely nervous disposition when it comes to dealing with medical or dental issues was made very comfortable in Dr. Penner's office. She ended up going there for 4.5 years at a very young age. We actually miss his treatment. I would recommend him and his very helpful office staff.

Dr. Penner was referred to me by my boss; her daughter saw Dr. Penner over 20 years ago and did a wonderful job on her. Dr. Penner successfully straightened both my boy's teeth. Before, my boys were shy and did not like to smile or show their teeth due to the fact that their jaw and teeth were not well alligned. Dr. Penner fixed this with no problems. As long as the patents follow the doctors instructions then there should be no issues. I am pleased with Dr. Penner and feel that any "Responsible" parents can trust him as well. Thanks~

Dr. Penner has treated all three of my children with wonderful results. What we liked most about the office is the family atmosphere. They always know us as we walk in. There is no "sign in" sheet! Also, they made it easy on our budget! They billed our insurance for us and we had a small down payment with affordable monthly payments & best of all, they charged no interest! We refer all our friends and family to Dr. Penner's office because they really care about their patients!

Not good.Have to start again with new orthodontist.Not very tolerant when kids have problems with loose wires etc-may have been his fault in first place.Treats parents like naughty kids-even got me in tears one time,defending my child.Two wasted years,and money------there are better orthodontists out there!
