Humorous and definitely does a great job at what he does. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere. I actually enjoyed going to my appointments!

I rated treatment success three stars because I don't know what I will look like without my braces on, because I still have them on. My overall recommendation: Best in my area because Dr. Bob is really a great orthodontist and knows how to treat his kid patients and how to relax them, and is honest with them, so that they can trust him. The cost, to me it seemed moderate, and the facilities were like a health spa (literally!). Customer service, absolutely amazing and the stress, of course you will be nervous when you're getting braces, but I think that it's all worth it. I don't know about the treatment success, but I what I like about my doctor is that he's really cool and honest and I like that about him and he can also be comforting. I recommend him to anyone in the Clairemont area, or anyone in the San Diego area, absolutely!!!
