I had my braces done here, because he came very highly recommended. His facilities are very nice, but I don't feel like I got the personal care I should have gotten for the price I was paying. There's always quite a bit of wait for each visit. The assistants do everything, and he just looks and checks it off.

I went to Dr Bui for my braces. I chose him after seeing 2 other orthodontists. I found his care, staff and facilities better than average. I recommend Dr Bui to my friends.

Loud waiting area, the orthodontist's schedule was way too tight for me to fit in - had to wait 3 more months!, lots of fighting kids, ants, running out of snacks, expensive (high costs), video games, or the little arcade, broke down, unfriendly front desk lady (asian, wart on upper lip)!, old magazines

He has lots of experience and I have no doubt in his knowledge and skills. However, I have major issues with the administrative staff. They've lost patient information causing me to reschedule appt, advised me incorrectly on insurance costing me out-of-pocket $$, miscommunications within their office, pressuring/rushing me to have services performed when I really didn't want to at the time, misplacing records, making erroneous charges. It was ONE BIG HEADACHE dealing with them.

Although Dr. Bui is a little expensive compared to most places, it is well worth it. He definitely takes the time and care in your teeth and the results were great!
