i myself was a patient at dr.low and the man was a great person very friendly. Otherwise His workers that are not very kind I belive there names are Liz, and Beth the are just so rude. Liz would argue with me im only 12 years old and she's yelling at me because i broke one of my wires. And she did not want to fix it she talks about me to the whole staff when im right there. Im very upset when i go there and every time i go i hope i dont get her but then i end up with Her i Rather let Andrea Work On My Teeth. And Then There's Beth She IS the large Women who sits in the front desk asking Everybody Very loudly to Quickly pay there fee's or no work shall be done, She Says it so loud i can hear her talking to clients while im in the back getting fixed, Some people dont have money right away and she needs to undersatand that!!! I never want to go there ever again, but since they didnt do a good job my bottom teeth got crooked again even when i had braces for 3 yrs they said my teeth will be perfect!! but braces didn't work and they are to exspensive thats why im getting invisalign! PLESE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!

I have three children, all have had braces with Dr. Low and my youngest is currently wearing his braces. The treatment plans are always conveyed clearly and completely. The front office staff is always friendly, courteous, and thorough. After his appointments, I always receive an update of what services were performed. Braces are expensive no matter where you go, so I wasn't too concerned about the price.

I have always found the overall manner of the office to be cold and not very customer friendly, especially concerning financial matters.

Dr Low explained exactly what was required, why and what the outcomes will be. He explained that certain things may not be able to be fixed a 100% and gave the reasons why.
Front desk is excellent.
I had gone to another orthodontics prior to going with Dr. Low and the other orthdontics told me hardly anything at all. Just said that my Daughter needed braces ---well, I already new that. No explanation of the procedure or anything else was explained.
I would recommend Dr Low.

The staff is great to deal with. They always greet you with a smile. The Dr. is re-assuring and very professional. Overall the best experience I could have hoped for.

I got my braces here at Dr. Low's office. I actually got them on Halloween of my freshman year in High School. I was a little bummed because I was scared to eat candy that day. ha! The staff here is very pleasant and friendly. I always looked forward to going to my appointments because Dr Low and the staff were very good at making me feel relaxed if I was getting nervous about any procedures I was about to get. I ended up going to this practice for nearly 4 years. I was receiving treatment for so long because I failed to wear my rubber bands and neck gear when I slept. If you want to minimize the treatment I would highly suggest at least wearing these items while sleeping. THANK YOU DR LOW!

Dr. Low has been a great orthodontist in this community for many years. He is good to his patients and very meticulous. Which is great to see, unless you are the teen that wants your braces off before they are ready!!! His staff is kind as well, most of them have been with him for a very long time. He is a very reasonably priced orthodontist and the payment plans make it easier for parents to handle. I highly recommend Dr. Low.
