Dr Duran is very rough with my child, always is banging tools against their teeth. Rude to my child, when they ask a question Dr Duran feels as if he does not need to answer my child.
About Front Desk: The Front Desk Staff the main one Christine I believe is her name, she is very rude. Calling to confirm appointments or ask a question about an appointment she is horrible.

The denist staff is very mean to their patients, they pull on your mouth. I have two children recieving treatment and both have left this dentist office in tears. They told me the treatment would be only for 2.5 years and we're going on four years now and still paying monthly fees.

Im currently in braces with Dr.Duran and everything is going great. His staff does a wonderful job with my concerns as well as when it comes to scheduling my appointments they have been very flexible. I would recommend Dr.Duran and his staff if you have a busy work schedule and need late appointments.

Last summer, my son got Invisalign braces from Dr. Duran. We have been SO happy with the Invisalign program, and especially Dr. Duran! My son is away at college, so he doesn't have a lot of free time to come see the orthodontist. Thankfully, Dr. Duran's office is REALLY flexible! They're always willing to see my son when it's convenient for HIM whether that's a morning, afternoon, or evening appointment, and the office is open on most school holidays, which is great! After each check-up, Dr. Duran always gives my son extra Invisalign trays to use in between visits, which has really helped him to make progress in his treatment. I've been so impressed with Dr. Duran and his team that I'm seriously thinking of getting Invisalign for myself!

I always knew that my daughter was going to need braces, but I put it off as long as I could due to financial reasons. I shopped around lots of different orthodontist offices trying to find the best deal, but was unsuccessful. I got a card in the mail from Dr. Duran's office, and decided to call. It was the BEST call I had made in a long time! My husband and I don't have insurance, and yet Dr. Duran's office was happy to work with us to make it as painless as possible on our budget. My daughter had her initial appointments, and we were all ready to go, but then my husband was laid off from his job. I was really hesitant to get my daughter in braces, but once again I was pleasantly surprised by Dr. Duran's office! They were so kind and understanding about our situation and they went out of their way to get my daughter's treatment started without ANY down payment! I would DEFINITELY recommend Dr. Duran to anyone looking to get a a great deal on braces!

seems to take longer than expected for treatment to end. heard from other patients he messed up their teeth.

I spent over 10 years in his care, and I am now currently getting 8 of my top front teeth crowned. This is just the beginning, I still need THOUSANDS of dollars worth of repairs. My dentist says I have one of the worst cases he's seen and he's been practice since the 70's. Ten plus years of orthodontics to only go broke trying to get a decent smile. He refused to correct my issues, or reimburse my parents/me for his faulty work. My sister is also left with similar problems from Dr. Duran. Don't trust him, or his work!

I'm currently seeing Dr. Duran for Invisalign treatment and it's going very well. He was upfront about my orthodontic treatment options and the pros and cons of each. He takes Metlife dental insurance which covers adult orthodontics, so the cost of my treatment has been minimized. His office takes care of all the insurance submittals and paperwork, so it's effortless on my end. His chair-side manners are very relaxing, he's a friendly guy and chit-chats with his assistants while he's working on my teeth. His office does early morning appointments which is convenient for my work schedule. The front desk is good to work with in terms of making appointments and dealing with any billing questions. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Duran and his office for orthodontal work.
