Very rude and condescending Dr and staff! Don't go to this dentist, there are so many other ortho's in the area. If I could have went back I would've!

Dr. Doumit is a wonderful orthodontist. Very kind, patient, and always willing to answer questions. He does not 'talk down' to me because I am younger & a woman. He was able to fix a crooked tooth for me with no problems/ complications/ extended time and continues to check-in with me to make sure everything is okay a year after treatment. The staff, especially Michelle, is great and will do all that they can to help too. Dr. Doumit is the first dentist/doctor in DC that I am completely happy with. I wish they were all this good.

Fantastic with children! Office staff warm and friendly. A bit expensive, but worth it when compared to others.

A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I had a healthy tooth removed to wear invisalign. At the end, my teeth were not straight. He has another Ortho which wasn't licensed for invisalign--I spent a lot of money and my teeth are not straight. I moved out of the area at the end of treatment and he wanted me to travel back and forth for further treatment (700 miles each way). I have fibromyalgia...so each movement of the teeth caused a lot of pain...as well as when they started shifting back to pre-treatment condition. They are worse now because of the filing of the teeth during the treatment. $6000 gone...I also had a$2000 bridge put in at the end of treatment. To wear braces again would require the removal of the bridge. I have TMJ which has now worsened because of the filing of teeth. I had a night guard made at another $400 and I end up taking out during the night. I find it on the floor or in the bed somewhere. The pain is horrific. Attorney's told me I can't sue...because death is not eminent to the treatment. Don't be sucked in to his scam. I will be relocating back to the area soon---so beware you so called doctor...I am not finished yet!
